Our warehouse is located in Europe. All your products will be shipped from our warehouse in Europe. We deliver our products through DHL. Each order gets a tracking number that will be sent if needed.
We guarantee delivery of your products within 48 hours open. Products that need a cold storage will not be shipped from Thursday because they will not be delivered during the weekend.

Overruns delivery time may give rise to damages for withholding or cancellation of orders. Similarly, the status monitoring of orders shipped by DHL (off without signature) prevail. In this case, any claim or compensation will be accepted for a package delivered noted on the website of DHL. For any disagreement with the DHL tracking the buyer must contact them to make a claim.
If all products are available on the site, and that the order is placed before 12pm, the package will be shipped that day.
If all products are available on the website, but the order is placed after 12 pm, the package will be shipped the next day.
In the case where only some of the products are available, the customer may choose to be reimbursed on products that are not available or wait for the arrival of new stock. The same rules apply treatment for partial orders.
In the event the requested products or are not available, please request by email delivery estimated before shipment.
In case of exceeding the delivery date more than 15 days in respect of the delivery date announced, and not due to a case of force majeure. You have the option to cancel your order. We will reimburse you the amount paid within 8 days.
